I have purchased two units from Solar Bear. The first unit was through Costco. The sales guy that came over was Joshua the GM- great job and real professionals everything they said they would do they did.. So I called them again for one of my rental units. They sent over Osmar. A very knowledgeable sales man. They came through on time. Very satisfied.

When our A/C died we really struggled to find the right A/C company to help us replace our old system. We spoke with several companies, but each time someone came to the house to review and quote they were either rude or very slow in response. Here we are in the Miami heat with no A/C… wanting to and able to buy a complete system for several thousand dollars and we STILL couldn’t get anyone to follow through with an inspection, a recommendation and a date to install. I know. It seems crazy. But truly, it was absolute nightmare trying to find a company that was ready to get the job going. We ended up going without A/C for 7 days! OUCH! Thankfully, we reached out to Costco and were contacted by John Rodriguez at Solar Bear. He was punctual, honest, helpful. He gave us a reasonable quote (although definitely not the most inexpensive) and had outstanding follow-through. We ended up working out a great price and he set us up with an outstanding A/C system. Job was completed quickly and professionally. No complaints. Highly recommend.

I had met a rep at the Broward County home show several weeks ago. Frankie Mastrogianni came to meet me at our newly purchased home Saturday. I have been in the construction business my entire career and it was clear Frankie was very experienced . He presented all the information very well and helped me choose the best system for my home. The most impressive part was he did not try to oversell me. We decided to go with Lennox units.The installers came to our newly purchased home yesterday and installed the 2 units with complete. They were very respectful and very neat and the workmanship was first class. I would recommend this company and would highly recommend Frankie a real professional.

Solar Bear came in to install an AC unit in my house. They did a fantastic job. Jorge Suarez was my comfort advisor. He made sure everything ran smoothly! He was on time to our appointment and answered my calls/texts messages whenever needed. The technicians that came out were great. They were at my house from 10:00-9:30 on a Saturday. They worked diligently and professionally! Best AC experience I have had! 🙂 I highly recommend them.

When our AC died one Saturday evening we started hunting for a reliable AC company. We talked with 3 or 4 companies. Consulted Angies List. Checked with our home warranty company. But in the end, none of them were up to par with customer service or pricing. We ended up contacting Costco and were referred to John Rodriguez at Solar Bear. We are so happy to have met John and his company! Great customer service, good pricing, outstanding products. John was helpful during his consultation and truly made us feel that he was giving us advice that was in our best interests. We ended up going with Solar Bear based on John’s honesty and character. Solar Bear installed a Lennox air conditioner that is top of the line. Installation went great and John was involved throughout the entire process. I highly recommend these guys. You might find cheaper with another company but you will never get as good as service as we got from Solar Bear.

I purchased a Lennox air conditioning system from Ramon Jiron with Solar Bear almost one year ago and I’ve been very happy with not only the system but the service. I have a second unit that was not from Solar Bear that needed service and a technician was out quickly and fixed the unit and the price was very reasonable. I am now looking into to replacing that unit and will definitely do it through Solar Bear.
Solar Bear has now replaced the second unit and I couldn’t be happier. Not only has my electric cost gone down (last two months compared to last year) but they also updated some duct work which improved air flow to the entire house. Thanks again Ramon Jiron and the Solar Bear crew!
